Cream together:
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
Add to creamed mixture:
1 cup wheat germ
2 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. water
Combine and add:
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup dry milk solids
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Roll into 1" balls. Place on greased baking sheet and flatten with fork dipped in flour. Bake at 375ºF for 8-10 minutes.
