1 pd. Velveta cheese (can use light)
1/2 pd. butter or Parkay margarine
1 tsp. onion juice (or grate onion)
1/4 c. horseradish - creamy white type in dairy case
1 T. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
In top of double boiler - put Velveta & butter/margarine - when hot and smooth transfer to mixer bowl. Add rest of ingredients and beat med. speed till all nice and smooth. Then put in containers & refrigerate. Freezes well too! Set out for 1/2 prior to serving.
