Dough:
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup butter
pinch of salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp. almond extract

Frosting:
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup butter
enough milk for spreading

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients for the dough.

Divide dough into thirds and refrigerate overnight.

Roll each section into a flat pie shape. Cut into fourths or sixths (depending on how big you want them) and roll from outside edge to center.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350º

Frosting: Mix all ingredients for frosting and frost.
