1 devil food cake mix
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
2 Tbs.granulated sugar
1 pkg.3.4 oz.instant jello vanilla pudding
1/4 cup powder sugar
1 cup cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) cool whip
1 cup bakers coconut

Prepare cake batter in 2 and 1/2 quart oven proof bowl. beat cream cheese,egg, and granulated sugar until well blended; spoon into center of batter bowl. Bake 1 hour and5 minutes,or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.cool cake in bowl 10 minutes. Loosen cake from bowl with knife.turn out on wire rack. remove bowl cool completely.Meanwhile beat pudding mix,powder sugar,and milk medium bowl with wire whisk 2 minutes.stir in cool whip . Refrigerate until ready to use. Place cake on plate frost with pudding mixture. cover with coconut. Keep refrigerated.
