1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
10-oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 6-7" corn tortillas, cut into strips
3 cups cooked cubed chicken
8-oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soups, tomatoes, green pepper, onion and seasonings. Sprinkle 1/3 of tortilla strips on bottom of an ungreased 3 qt. dish. Layer 1/2 of chicken over strips. Spoon 1/2 of soup mixture over top. Sprinkle with 1/3 of cheese. Repeat and end with the last 1/3 of tortilla strips on the top. Bake covered 350º for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover, sprinkle rest of cheese on top and bake until melted. Top with tomatoes and green onions.
