1 1/2 cups milk.
1 pkg.(8oz.) cream cheese, cubed
2 1/2 cups (16 oz. bag) frozen broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower mix, thawed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 can (12 oz.) tuna drained*
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 oz. extra wide egg noodles, uncooked
*Chicken version:use 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan over medium heat, stir together milk & cream cheese. Cook, stirring frequently,until cream cheese melts; do not boil.Add thawed vegetables, salt & pepper; heat just to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; stir in tuna and Parmesan cheese. Cook noodles according to pkg directions; drain. Toss noodles and sauce; sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
