1 whole cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup hot water
1 tsp. sugar
1 TBL. lemon juice

Directions:

Cook (boil) and core whole head of cabbage until tender. Separate cabbage leaves. Combine beef, pork, rice (half cooked), sugar, lemon juice, salt, paprika and 2 Tbl. onions. Roll meat mixture in a cabbage leaves. Saute 1 large onion, minced with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp paprika. Lay cabbage rolls on above mixture and cover with (tomato sauce, water, sugar and lemon juice) mixture. Back 350º oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
