Dissolve:
2 small pkgs. lime jello in 1 c. hot wqter
Add 1 c. of cold water
Break up 1 pkg. Philadelphia Creme Cheese (8 oz.) in jello and beat with egg beater. Let stand until it start to thicken, then add:

1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped walnuts (or less)
Chill.

We hardly ever had any kind of salad when growing up, but I do remember this one. Mom usually made this on holidays. She would make it in a cake pan and then cut into squares and serve on individual plates. We or I thought that was really special......
