1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/4 cup half'n'half
1 T. chopped parsley
1 T. chicken bouillon
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cups diced ham
1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
1 cup sliced mushrooms

Directions:

Add flour to butter and stir until smooth. Add milk and half'n'half to make a white sauce, cook slowly. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly. Serve over pasta.
