7 eggs
5 cups flour
1 cup sugar
5 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp melted Crisco
1 small bottle lemon extract
1 box (1 lb) confectioners sugar
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Beat eggs, add sugar and beat until smooth. Add crisco and 3/4 bottle lemon extract then flour and baking powder.
Roll dough into desired size balls ( dough grows when cooked).
Place on cookie sheet and bake until golden about 10-12 minutes. Let cool then place in a large bowl.
Mix confectioner sugar, 1/4 bottle lemon extract and water. mix well. Pour icing over cookies in bowl. mixing to coat cookies. Place cookies one by one onto cookie sheet to harden.
