Ingredients:  
1 lb fish (flounder, tilapia, orange roughy, any mild white fish)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
salt
pepper
granulated garlic
dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except fish in saute pan
Simmer 5 minutes
Add fish
Let it come to a boil then lower heat
Sprinkle again with parsley and garlic
Cover part way
Simmer 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork
