1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 large can shoepeg corn, drained
1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper, chopped
8 green onions, chopped
4 oz feta cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Chill before serving, overnight or 24 hours yields the best flavor. Serve with tortilla chips or Frito scoops.
