1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 tsp light corn syrup
1 Tbsp water
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 (16oz) round brie, cut into 8 wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large heavy saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, and water and mix well. Simmer, stirring frequently for 3 minutes. Add the pecans and remove from heat. Spread evenly over brie wedges and bake in a preheated 350º oven until softened (approx.3-5 minutes) Serve with crackers and/or bread.

Most of the time I double the mixture that goes on top of the brie. Can never have too much of a butter, sugar & nut mixture!
