2 garlic cloves

1/2 c hoisin sauce

1/2 c dark brown sugar

1/4 c soy sauce

1 TBSP grated peeled fresh ginger

1 1/2 lbs boneless pork loin country style ribs

1 tsp Thai garlic paste if you want, I usually don't bother

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400ºF. For easier clean up, line jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Cut the ribs into 1" wide ribs. Mix rest of ingredients in bowl till combined, then add pork and coat well.
Arrange ribs in a single layer. Pour any left over sauce on top of ribs.
Bake 20 or so minutes or till pork reaches 145º to 150º or till you think the pork is done.
