1 T canola oil
1 cup ketchup
12 oz bottle chili sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce (optl.)
1/2 tsp liquid smoke (optl.)
4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 Kaiser rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together, except chicken and rolls, in a 4-6 quart slow cooker. Add chicken and stir to coat. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 7-8 hours. Remove chicken and break apart. Stir back into sauce. Serve over Kaiser rolls.

Works great for a party or I make the full recipe and freeze meal sized portions. It's easy to thaw and microwave for quick sandwiches.
