6 Tblsp.milk
1 1/2 cups white sugar

1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Bring marg, milk and sugar in pan on medium heat to a boil. Boil for ONLY 30 seconds, no more.
Add the 1/2 cup chocolate chips and beat by hand about 8 minutes until chips are melted.
