1 3 pound chuck roast
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1 12oz bottle of catsup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons mustard
2 Tablespoons liquid smoke
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
1 10oz can of Coke, no substitute

Directions:
Directions:
Rub roast with brown sugar, place in roaster, add water. Bake covered at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Shred roast, discard fat. Place roast in refrigerator container. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan. Simmer 30 minutes stirring frequently. Pour over shredded beef. Mix well and Chill for 1 to 2 days, Serve on sliced rolls.
