1 (3-5 lb.) beef brisket
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 c. catsup
2 T. light brown sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. instant coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in large heavy saucepan. Add enough water to cover. Add salt, pepper and onion. Simmer, covered, for 3 hours or until tender. Combine catsup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and coffee in bowl. Remove brisket from liquid. Baste with sauce. Grill over medium-hot coals for 15-20 min. or until browned, turning and basting with sauce.
