1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 T. lemon juice
3-oz. pkg. cherry jello

2 cups Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Soften unflavored gelatin in 1 cup cold water. Heat and stir until dissolved. Stir in 1 T. lemon juice. Cool. Dissolve cherry jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 T. lemon juice and cherry pie filling. Pour about 1/4 of mixture into 6 1/2 cup mold. Chill until almost firm. Leave remainder at room temperature.
Beat cream cheese, stir in Cool Whip, fold in cooled gelatin mixture. Spoon about 1/3 over almost firm cherry mixture. Chill until almost firm. Leave rest at room temperature. Repeat layers -- chilling only until almost firm. Don't let it set up too much. Will have 4 layers of cherry and 3 of white. Works good in a large Tupperware mold.
