M & M Caramel bars Recipe

Crust:
1 ½ C flour
1 ½ C oatmeal
1 ¼ C brown sugar
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp baking soda
1 ¼ C butter, softened

Filling:
38 caramels
5 tbsp milk
1 C mini M & M’s

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bottom of 9X13 pan. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Save enough to crumble on top.

Bake at 350 for 13 minutes.

Melt caramels in milk, pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with M & M’s and top with remaining crust crumbs. Bake 15 minutes.

Cool, cut into small bars.
