2lb. bag shredded frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 stick margarine or butter (melted)
1 tsp salt and pepper
½ cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Topping: Sprinkle 2 cups of crushed corn flakes mixed with melted margarine or butter on top of potato mixture.

Mix and put in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. (It may be prepped a day in advance.)
