Ingredients:  
The amounts could be just about anything, and actually the vegetables could also, but I'd say about 1/2 to 1 cup of each of the vegetables you use. But here is what I used:

Onions
Sweet potatoes
Parsnips
New potatoes
1 tart apple

Chop all vegetables and the apples in about the same size. Put all in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, and cinnamon.

Toss all together and spread on cookie sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes. I usually do 30 minuntes as I like my
vegetables more crispy.
