Ingredients: salmon fillet two large lemons lemon/pepper seasoning (or seasoning of your choice) sliced vegetables of your choice (recommend asparagus,mushrooms,bell peppers, thin-sliced potatoes) olive oil raw slivered almonds (or nut of your choice)

Directions:-turn on oven to broil -line the base of an oven-to-table (round is best if you have one) roasting dish with lemons, evenly sliced to 1/4 inch -place salmon fillet in the center of the dish & sprinkle with seasoning -slice vegetables and toss with olive oil in a ziplock bag to coat -place the veggies around the salmon in the pan -season veggies with sea salt -sprinkle raw slivered almonds over the entire dish -broil for 18 minutes **Voila! A beautiful, complete meal is ready to go from the oven to the table! Don't forget to protect your table with double trivets!! (The pan will be very hot!) |
