Meatballs:
1 pkg. ground pork (Jimmy Dean's)
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. dried apricots, chopped
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbs. "five spice" (actual spice in oriental food section)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 egg
Apricot Glaze:
1/2 c. Apricot preserves
1/3 c. sweet and sour sauce
1/2 tbs. "five spice"

Directions:
Directions:
Meatballs: Mix all ingredients until combined. Form into balls and bake @ 400º for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Apricot glaze: Mix all ingredients together in saucepan over med heat until well blended.
Serve meatballs w/ glaze over cous cous or fried rice.

This meal freezes well and you will want it again! Reduce cooking time for meatballs to 20 min. and allow them to cool. Place in ziploc. Also, heat glaze and allow to cool. Place in ziploc. Enjoy on another night or share with a friend!
