CAKE:
1 Box Butter Fudge Cake Mix
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut

ICING:
1 1/2 Sticks Butter, Softened
12 ozs. Cream Cheese, Softened
1 1/2 Lbs Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Finely Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Add pecans, sour cream, & coconut to batter.
Divide batter into 3 nine inch pans. (Sometimes I use a Bundt pan) Bake as directed on box.
Cool completely and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
CREAM CHEESE ICING:
Cream butter & cream cheese together. Slowly add sugar & vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Frost cake between layers, top, & sides. Sprinkle finely chopped pecans on sides of cake. Garnish with chocolate curls.
