10 sweet potatoes
1/2 lb. butter softened
1 c. heavy cream
2 c. brown sugar
1 T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until done or soft in center, drain and let cool. Peel skins and place potatoes in large mixing bowl. Slowly add butter sugar and vanilla. Beat. Slowly add half and half while beating. (Watch to make sure it does not get to thin) Lessen amount of half and half if necessary. Mix thoroughly. Place potatoes in individual augratin bowls and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
