4 lbs pork ribs cut into 4" to 6" sections
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 to 2 tsp chili sauce

Line large pan with foil. Heat oven to 350º. Place ribs meaty side up and brush with sauce. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours brushing with more sauce every fifteen minutes or so.
