2 lbs boneless shoulder
1/4 c. salt
1 clove garlic
3 c. thinly sliced onions
1 & 1/2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 T parsley
2 T paprika
Salt
2 T cornstarch
2 T water
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into cubes.
Heat the oil then brown the meat.
Add onions & garlic, then rest of ingredients,EXCEPT for corn starch, water, and sour cream.
Cook gently 1 & 1/2 hours.
Then add corn starch & water to thicken stock.
Add sour cream
Serve over hot noodlesİ
