1 pk frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1 pk. frozen artichokes, chopped
1 small can green chilies
1 c mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, coarsely grated
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and squeeze excess moisture from spinach using a clean kitchen cloth, cheesecloth, or strainer. Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/4 c. of Monterey Jack Cheese. Place spinach mixture into a baking dishes. Sprinkle reserved 1/4 c. Monterey Jack over the top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until top is bubbly.
