1 pkg (12 oz) frozen fully cooked Italian meatballs, thawed
2 cps pizza sauce
1 cp (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cp ricotta cheese
2 tbsps fresh minced basil
1 egg white
2 tsps water
1 pkg (15 oz) refrigerated pie pastry
additional pizza sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat meatballs according to pkg directions.
2) In large saucepan; heat pizza sauce; stir in meatballs.
3) In a small bowl, combine the cheese and basil.
4) In another bowl; whisk the egg white; set aside.
5) Unroll one pastry onto a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.
6) Spoon half of meatballs mixture onto half of pastry to within 1/2 inch of the edges.
7) Top with half of cheese mixture.
8) Fold dough over the filling, forming a half circle.
9) Moisten edges with water; press with a fork to seal.
10) Brush top with egg mixture.
11) Repeat with remaining pastry, meatball mixture and egg mixture.
12) Bake 400f for 20 to 25 mins or until golden brown.
13)Cut each calzone into 3 wedges.
14) Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
