1 1/2 C. sugar
3 eggs
1 C. oil
2 C. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 tsp. baking soda
1 C. buttermilk or 2 T vinegar with 1 C. milk
1 C. chopped nuts
1/2 C. raisins
3 small jars baby food prunes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, eggs, oil in mixing bowl. Add flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, cloves, baking soda to egg mixture alternately with buttermilk. Then stir in prunes, nuts & raisins.
Pour into pan (bundt) or 9 x 13. Bake @ 350º 40 - 50 min. Cool 30 min in pan then remove. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost. Freezes well or will keep in fridge up to 3 weeks. We use home picked plums instead of the baby food. Just pit them and puree in a food processor.
