12 jumbo uncooked shrimp
1/2 lb chicken breast cut into 1" cubes
2 T rice wine vinegar
2T oil, 2 T soy sauce
2 T minced green onions
1 T chillies puree with garlic
1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp minced ginger root
1 red bell pepper cut into 1" squares
2-3 small zucchini cut into 3/4 " slices
8 whole fresh mushrooms,

Put all ingredients-except fresh veggies- into a gallon zip lock bag, marinate in fridge for 1-2 hrs. soak 4 wooden skewers in water for 30 min. load skewers with meat and veggies, grill for 8-10 min, turning once

I usually make a quad. batch at least! umm umm good! You can store unused, soaked skewers in a baggie in the freezer.
