¾ cup butter or margarine
½ cup sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. baking soda
1¼ cup flour
1¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
24 – 28 large marshmallows

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto UNGREASED baking sheets. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Place 4 cookies, bottom side up, on a microwave safe plate. Top each with a marshmallow. Microwave uncovered on HIGH for 16-20 seconds or until marshmallows begin to puff. Top each with another cookie. Repeat. Yield – about 2 dozen cookies.
