3 oz unsweetened chocolate, 3/4 c butter, soft, 1 c sugar, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla, 3/4 c liquid whole egg or 3 eggs, 1-9" pie shell, baked, 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream, 1T sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
melt and cool chocolate, beat butter and sugar until fluffy, blend in chocolate and vanilla, beat in eggs for 5 minutes, spoon mixture into baked pie shell, beat whipping cream until fluffy add sugar, serve on top. refrigerate pie at least 4 hours (this pie is also really good with a graham cracker crust)
