1 lb bulk hot sausage (Jimmy Dean Hot)
3 cups Bisquick
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls (you can freeze at this point, but freeze on a cookie sheet and put in freezer bag when frozen solid. Bake 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
