10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
10 oz prepared alfredo sauce
14 oz can chopped artichoke (drained)
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 c shredded Parm. & Romano cheese mix
1 tsp minced garlic
black pepper to taste

mix all together , bake until bubbly--serve with tortilla chips, or toasted slices of baguettes

make sure the frozen spinach is squeezed to get out excess liquid, drain the artichokes, and leave out a little parm/Romano cheese to sprinkle on the top. Good with chips, but I thinly slice a baguette, brush with olive oil, and serve with the dip.
