7 C. diced rhubarb
4 C. sugar
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 lg. pkg. raspberry or strawberry jello

Directions:

Combine rhubarb & sugar, let stand 10 min.
Add blueberry pie filling mix & bring to a boil, simmer 10 min. Add raspberry or strawberry jello.
Pour into jars, process 5 min.

This recipe came from my sister, Pattie. Rhubarb is very plentiful and cheap in our area. Add the raspberry jello and it tastes like raspberries, only without the seeds! Strawberry jello, and you have strawberry jam...easy as jam!
