4 C. drained canned peach slices (2 15oz cans)
1/2 C. sugar
2 T. minute tapioca
1 T. lemon juice
Topping
1 - 9in pie crust, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peach slices, sugar,tapioca & lemon juice. Let stand & prepare topping.
Topping;
1/4 C butter
1/2 C flour
1/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C pecans, chopped.
Mix with pastry blender or your hands until crumbly. Sprinkle 1/4 of brown sugar mixture on bottom of the unbaked pie shell. Spoon the peach mixture on top. Sprinkle the rest of the topping mix on peach mixture, distributing evenly. Bake @ 350º for about 50 min or until topping is golden brown & filling is set.
