2 C. flour
2 heaping T. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 C. cold water
2 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients with shortening using hands, ( be light with the fingers). Mix water and vinegar together and sprinkle over flour mixture. Toss together until all is moistened. Form into a ball. On a floured surface, roll out dough until thin, about 1/8". Carefully place in pie tin, trim so there is about 1" past the edge; fold under and flute edges. If baking without filling, prick dough with a fork several times. If using a filling do not prick. Bake @ 450 for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
Makes 3 single crusts.
