For Cake!
2 C. flour
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C. oil
1 (15oz) can crushed pineapple
Frosting
1 1/2 C sugar
1 stick butter
3/4 C canned milk
1 egg
2 1/2 C of your choice, (coconut, nuts, or mini chocolate chips)

Mix cake ingredients, flour, 1 1/2 c sugar, eggs, soda, salt, oil, vanilla and crushed pineapple, pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake @ 350º 30 - 40 min.
Frosting.
Mix 1 1/2 c sugar, butter & canned milk, cook until slightly thickened Beat 1 egg, add some of hot mix, stir, then add egg to remaining hot mix stirring constantly. Simmer 1 min. longer. Add coconut, nuts or chips. pour over cake!

The cake is moist, like most cakes with fruits in them are, the frosting is the same one you would use with German Chocolate cake. It is quick and tasty, try it!
