1 pkg yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 C. oil
1 small can mandarin oranges & juice
Frosting
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 - 8 oz. cool whip
1 - 21 oz can crushed pineapple & juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, cake mix, eggs, oil, mandarin oranges. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan.Bake @ 350º for 30 min. cool
Frosting, mix vanilla pudding , cool whip, pineapple, frost cake.

Again, with the added fruit, this cake is moist and delicious! The frosting is like a fruit salad in itself! Not too sweet, cool and refreshing!
