1 6-lb. beef brisket, marinated
3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
garlic powder, generous amount
onion powder
celery salt
pepper
worcestershire sauce

SAUCE
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
2 c. water
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
To marinate brisket, sprinkle with liquid smoke, a generous amount of garlic powder, onion powder and celery salt. Let stand overnight covered with foil. Next morning sprinkle with pepper and worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake at 275º for 5 hours. Drain grease.

Sauce: In a pan, boil ingredients for 15 minutes. Uncover and pour sauce over. Bake for 1 hour more.
