2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in cold water. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese. Add sugar & mix. Beat milk, vanilla & lemon juice into cream cheese mixture. Set aside. Heat gelatin over low heat until dissolved. Add gelatin slowly to cream cheese mixture, stirring well. Fold in Cool Whip. Can be put into jello mold, and best when garnished with fresh strawberries or raspberries.
