2 Egg Yolks
3 T. Flour
1 C. Sugar
1 #2 Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 T. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and juice. (Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 c. liquid)
Boil slightly and pour over egg yolks. Cook until thick. Add pineapple.
When ready to serve, fold in 1 pt. whipped cream.
Serve over angel food cake.
