1 - 24 oz. pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, or 3 C. sliced & parboiled potatoes.
1 C. grated cheese
1/4 C. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. dried minced onions
1 C. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients & pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Bake @ 350º for 45 min or until potatoes are tender. Save some cheese to sprinkle on top. Doubling this recipe makes the cooking time almost twice as long too.

Dried reconstituted hash browns work well in this recipe.
