4 - 5 pound boneless beef brisket
1 tablespoon flour
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 cloves garlic crushed
Salt and ground pepper
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large oven-roasting bag, combine the flour, onion soup mix, and garlic.
Season meat with salt and pepper. Pour Worcestershire sauce over meat and place meat in oven-roasting bag. Pour beef bouillon into roasting bag. Cut slits in bag to vent.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Roast brisket for 4 hours, or until tender.
