3 cups cooked de-boned chicken, cut into bite size pieces
2 15 oz. cans chicken broth
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups Bisquick mix
2/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken broth to boil add chicken, celery, onion, salt and pepper. With water and flour make paste, add to boiling mixture and boil until thickened. Mix together Bisquick mix and milk to form soft dough. Drop by spoonful onto boiling stew, reduce heat. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes.

If using uncooked chicken, put chicken in pot, cover with water, add celery, onion, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, cook until chicken is tender. Remove chicken, cool and de-bone. Add chicken to broth in pan continue as in above recipe. You can use any favorite biscuit mix or store bought biscuits.
