2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper

For each serving, break 2 eggs into a bowl with 2 tbsp. milk, salt and pepper. Mix with fork, stirring thoroughly for a uniform yellow, or mixing just slightly of streaks of white and yellow are preferred. Heat 1 1/2 tsp margarine in skillet over medium heat just until hot enough. Pour egg mixture into skillet. As mixture begins to set at bottom and side gently lift cooked portions with spatula so that thin uncooked portions can flow to bottom. Cook until eggs thicken throughout but still moist. About 3-5 minutes.
