3 cups tomato juice
3 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 oz. bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
15 oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

In sauce pan, mix tomato juice, broth, garlic powder, oregano, pepper and vegetables. Over medium high heat, bring to boil. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add beans and heat through.
