Prime rib roast
Kitchen Bouquet
garlic salt
1 can beer

Directions:
Directions:
Rub roast with Kitchen Bouquet. Sprinkle generously with garlic salt. Place in a deep roasting pan on a bay leaf. Add 1 can of beer. Sear at 425º 15-20 minutes. cover with foil and bake slowly at 250-300º until meat reaches 160-175º. Slice and drain off fat. Pour juice over meat.
